A classic black quilted saddle pad with Back on Track’s Welltex technology built right into the lining — designed for riders who want the proven therapeutic effect of FIR working under the saddle on every ride. Available as both jumping and dressage cuts, in the same minimalist black with the brand’s signature small-square quilting.

The Welltex technology is what makes this pad more than just another quilted option. Natural minerals are woven into the Power Waffle inner fabric — the layer that sits closest to your horse — and reflect your horse’s own body heat back as far-infrared energy (FIR). The effect is reinforced by an additional layer of Welltex in the padding itself. FIR is known to support circulation, help muscles stay supple, and reduce tension in the back during work — useful before, during, and after schooling or jumping sessions.

The fit is anatomically shaped to follow the spine with a clear lift at the wither to avoid pressure points. Foam-filled stop pads have replaced the traditional D-rings and straps, holding the pad in place under the saddle without sliding back during work. The outer is 100% cotton, with cotton and polyester padding for shock absorption.

Available in Cob, Full, and XFull, in both jumping and dressage cuts. Suitable for everyday training, schooling, and competition.

Care: Machine wash at 40°C on a gentle cycle with a regular detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener (it can affect the Welltex effect). Do not dry clean, do not iron, do not tumble dry. Air dry. Keep the pad clean for maximum FIR performance — the minerals are woven into the fibres and won’t wash out, but a clean pad reflects the most heat.
