Your ARMET helmet is built to last — but if something doesn’t meet our standards, we’re here to help. Every helmet comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects, such as a faulty chinstrap or damaged decorative elements. If you run into an issue, simply reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Each case is reviewed individually to determine the best repair or replacement solution.

All repairs are carried out in line with current safety standards to ensure the ongoing protection and reliability of your helmet. Any costs involved will be confirmed through a clear quote before work begins.

Please note: The warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. Normal wear and tear or damage due to negligence is also not covered.

In Case of a Fall
Safety always comes first — and we know how important it is to have peace of mind. That’s why we offer a one-year fall warranty from the date of purchase. If your helmet is involved in a fall, we’ll carry out a full safety evaluation in line with EN 1384:2023 and EU2016/425 standards.

If the helmet is found to be irreparably damaged, we’ll replace it under the terms of the fall warranty.

Before any work is done, you’ll receive a quote based on your helmet model and the evaluation fee. Should parts like the visor, liner, or stickers need to be replaced, this will be clearly listed in the quote.

This service is designed to ensure you’re always riding with equipment you can trust — because your safety is never optional.
