What is Amiko & Friends, and how does a membership work?
Amiko & Friends is a membership-based community where riders gain access to top-quality equestrian gear—including our own exclusive designs and carefully selected partner brands—at wholesale prices.
Each membership plan includes a set spending allowance, letting you purchase up to a certain amount each year at low, members-only prices. Our model centers on growing a community of riders who value quality and savings over profit margins, passing the benefits directly to you as a member.
How can your prices be so low without sacrificing quality?
In traditional retail, brands typically mark up their products by 4-5 times to cover overhead costs and generate profit. This is why prices can be so high. At Amiko & Friends, we do things differently. By charging a small membership fee, we eliminate the need for those markups, giving our members direct access to factory or wholesale prices. This allows us to offer high-quality equestrian gear at fair prices, without the need for constant sales or campaigns. Our mission is to make premium gear accessible to more riders and make the sport more inclusive.
What kinds of products can I buy, and how often do you add new items?
As a member of Amiko & Friends, you gain access to a carefully curated selection of top-quality riding gear, accessories, and stable essentials—all from trusted brands and our own premium products. We’re always adding new items to keep your riding experience fresh and up-to-date, driven by feedback from members like you.

What’s the difference between the membership options?
The difference between our Bronze, Silver, and Gold memberships is the spending allowance. Each tier comes with a set annual spending allowance, with Bronze offering the lowest, and Gold the highest. This allowance is the total amount you can shop for over the course of the year, regardless of how often you make purchases.
You have two payment options: monthly or annually. With the monthly option, you make 12 smaller payments throughout the year, while the annual payment requires a single upfront payment for the full year. Regardless of the payment option you choose, your spending allowance remains the same for each tier, so you’ll always get the full value of your membership.
What if I reach my spending allowance?
When you reach your spending limit for your current membership tier, you have the following options:
- Wait for your membership to automatically renew after 12 months. This resets your spending allowance, and you’re good to go again.
- Upgrade to a higher tier: This starts a new 12-month period with an increased allowance, giving you more freedom to spend.
- Renew early by “cross-grading”: If you need more spending allowance sooner, you can reset your membership without changing your membership level, starting another full year of shopping.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time. When you upgrade, your new spending allowance will take effect immediately. Please note, your membership will start a new 12-month period from the upgrade date. You can initiate the upgrade directly through your account or by contacting our customer support team.
If you’ve reached your spending allowance early, you also have the option to cross-grade, which resets your spending allowance within the current tier, starting a new 12-month period without changing your membership level.

How much can I save with an Amiko & Friends membership?
With an Amiko & Friends membership, you can save anywhere from 30% to 80% on premium riding gear compared to traditional retail prices. By eliminating the typical retail markups and selling directly to our members, we offer savings based on the actual cost of the products. This makes it easier to invest in high-quality gear without inflated prices—helping you get more for your money! The more you shop, the more you save.
How do I cancel my membership?
Amiko & Friends membership plans runs for a duration of 12 months starting from the day you sign up. At the end of this 12-month period, your membership will be automatically renewed unless you decide to cancel it.
When it’s 30 days left of your membership, you’ll get an email to remind you about your renewal. During this time you can cancel your membership by accessing the “My Account” section and navigating to “Subscription” and click “Cancel”. Or reaching out to us directly at [email protected].
If you are a new member, you may cancel your membership within the first 14 days as long as you return all products unworn or unused in its original packaging.
Is there a way to test the membership?
All memberships comes with a 14-day trial so you can explore everything we have to offer risk-free. If you decide it’s not the right fit, simply cancel within those 14 days and return all items purchased during this trial period. Note that they have to be in the original condition with the tags still on. Just reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll take care of the rest!
Why do you charge for shipping and returns and are there any additional fees?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer shipping to all countries in the EU and the United States. For the rest of the world, we ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
