How It Works:
Meadow and Maye Fire & Ice Liniment is a two-phase gel. First, it cools the tissue to help reduce swelling and pain. Then, it warms up, increasing blood flow and bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the tissue. This promotes faster recovery and healing.

How to Use:
- Apply a thick layer of gel after training or exercise.
