Description
Crafted for riders who demand both performance and thoughtful design, the PS of Sweden Flying Change Bridle is a dressage essential that has stood the test of time. Known for its clean, anatomical design and superior comfort, this bridle blends elegant aesthetics with functionality that supports the horse’s natural movement and well-being.
The wide, anatomical noseband is carefully shaped to leave cheekbones and sensitive nerve pathways free, helping to reduce unwanted pressure across the face. Lined with ultra-soft padding, it protects against chafing while maintaining a secure, centered fit thanks to a padded pullback closure. A removable Aachen strap provides flexibility—ideal for horses who only need the extra support occasionally. Choose between two styles: a sleek patent leather noseband with rolled sidepieces or a more traditional all-leather version with flat sidepieces.
The headpiece is designed with the horse’s anatomy in mind. Its extra-wide profile and top cut-out help distribute pressure evenly over the poll, avoiding concentrated tension points. Shaped to allow full ear freedom, it ensures a comfortable and unobtrusive fit for even the most sensitive horses.
PS of Sweden’s Selectable Cradles™—discreet elastic inserts at the bit—allow a subtle suspension that helps reduce static pressure on the bars and teeth. The result is a more responsive, elastic connection that many riders report improves contact and communication. These cradles can be easily detached using the integrated French hooks for competition. The round-stitched cheekpieces add a polished, seamless finish.
A U-shaped browband relieves pressure over the forehead and is lined with rubber for a stay-put fit. The Click-It™ system allows for quick changes, even while your horse is wearing the bridle, making it as practical as it is refined.
Approved for competition across all Swedish and FEI disciplines, the Flying Change Bridle is a reliable partner for training and performance alike. Please remember to remove the Cradles™ and attach a throatlatch before entering a dressage arena.
