Pomme Hazel Airbag Vest – CO2 Cartridge
The Pomme Hazel Airbag Vest runs on a single-use CO2 cartridge that inflates the vest in a fraction of a second on impact. It’s CE certified to EN 1621-4.
The vest comes in sizes XXS–XL, and the cartridge size follows your vest size: XXS, 2XS, and XS use a 50cc cartridge, S, M, and L use 60cc, and XL uses 85cc. Check your size before ordering a replacement, since the wrong cartridge won’t inflate reliably.
Once a cartridge has fired, it can’t be reused. Screw in a new one and the vest is ready again, so if you ride or compete often, it’s worth keeping a spare.
Care Store the cartridge dry, at room temperature, and away from impact or pressure. Check the use-by date stamped on it and replace before it expires, even if unused. After deployment, remove the spent cartridge and screw in a new one before wearing the vest again.
